With over 22 years of experience, starting in a local independent lettings business and progressing to Regional Director of one of the country’s largest firms, I bring a deep understanding of both the legal complexities and the personal touch required in property transactions. I have a passion for homes of character—whether listed, interesting architectural build, or period properties—and find great reward in overcoming challenges to earn personal thanks from clients.

My approach is rooted in integrity and transparency, always asking, “What would I do if this were my move?” This ensures I give my best advice tailored to each client’s needs. As a local parent at the school gates, I’m closely connected to the community and offer authentic, honest guidance. Outside of property, I enjoy singing in a choir, coastal walks, and restoring homes, including my family’s cherished house in Whitby.

With over two decades in prime Yorkshire property, Daryll brings a rare combination of design insight, strategic acumen and deep local understanding. Having lived along the A58 corridor for much of his life, from Wetherby to Bardsey and now East Keswick, his knowledge of North Leeds and its surrounding villages is instinctive. Daryll’s career has spanned every facet of the industry, from sales negotiator to managing director, giving him a complete perspective on agency practice. Known for his honesty, tenacity and intuition, he is trusted by clients both for what he says and for what he quietly understands.

Stephanie is legally trained, with a natural attention to detail and a clear, methodical approach to her work. She has spent over a decade in estate agency, working across both sales and lettings, and understands how important steady communication is from start to finish.

Having renovated and sold several of her own properties, and moved home more times than she can easily count, she knows first hand the pressure that comes with buying or selling while juggling everyday life. That experience shapes how she works. She understands the weight of the decision, the practicalities involved, and the need for calm, honest guidance throughout.

Based in Horsforth, North Leeds, Stephanie brings personal insight into the area’s excellent schools, strong sense of community and the real appeal of living there. It is not just a patch she works in, it is where she lives, which gives her advice context and authenticity rather than sales spin.
