Rosewick Residential represents homes of distinction across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region. We work with clients who value judgement, discretion and experience, and who understand that how a home is presented matters as much as when.

Founded by Daryll Digpal BSc, BA (Hons) and Paul Mitchell BA, MSc (Hons), Rosewick brings together more than forty years of experience across residential sales and lettings. Rooted in North Leeds, our knowledge is shaped by years spent working across Yorkshire and its most sought-after towns and villages.

We work with a limited number of clients at any one time, allowing us to know each home, each client and our buyers properly. That knowledge often means we can make the right introduction before a property ever reaches the open market.

When it does, we believe its presentation should have purpose. From photography and film to design and copy, every element is there to show a home at its best and reach the people most likely to appreciate it.
